A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observations, interviews, and documentation. The study used the CIPP evaluation model, which includes evaluations of context, input, process, and product. The findings show that the context evaluation aligns with community needs and the program’s goals. Input evaluation reveals that the planning, budget, and resources are adequate to meet the targets. However, the process evaluation indicates that the implementation of the Mikrotrans program is still incomplete. While the product evaluation reflects positive outcomes, the overall execution has not yet reached optimal effectiveness, highlighting the need for further improvements and sustainable development of the program.
Petrik Manuel Lubis, Juliannes Cadith Copyright (c) 2025 Petrik Manuel Lubis, Juliannes Cadith https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ http://journal.epistemikpress.id/index.php/Epistemik/article/view/356 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Transformasi Identitas Sosial Komunitas Punk Sorak dalam Kontribusinya terhadap Gerakan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan http://journal.epistemikpress.id/index.php/Epistemik/article/view/362
The punk subculture has long provided a platform for marginalized groups to express identity and resist social, political, and environmental injustices. Nevertheless, punk communities are often burdened with negative stereotypes portraying them as deviant. This study examines the role of the Punk SORAK (Soeara Rakjat) community in Pekanbaru in promoting public awareness of environmental sustainability movements. Utilizing a qualitative approach and phenomenological methods, the research explores the dynamics of Punk SORAK’s collective identity and its efforts to counter social stigma through environmental initiatives, including climate change campaigns, collaborations with environmental organizations, and community-based activities. The findings reveal that Punk SORAK functions not only as a form of resistance to social injustices but also significantly contributes to environmental conservation efforts. The study concludes that public recognition of Punk SORAK can be achieved through gradual social transformation involving intersubjective dialogue, mutual recognition, and solidarity, offering an alternative model for integrating subcultural movements into Indonesia’s broader social and environmental change agendas.
Zaenal Mustakim Copyright (c) 2025 Zaenal Mustakim https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ http://journal.epistemikpress.id/index.php/Epistemik/article/view/362 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Implementasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Pariwisata pada Situs Citaman Kab. Pandeglang, Banten http://journal.epistemikpress.id/index.php/Epistemik/article/view/376
This study examines the implementation of cultural tourism policies at the Citaman Site, located in Pulosari District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. The research addresses several key issues, including the limited dissemination of information regarding the site's tourism development, insufficient infrastructure and facilities, and a lack of active involvement from the Pandeglang Regency Tourism and Culture Office in terms of management, oversight, and maintenance. Additionally, there has been no formal assignment requiring the site's custodian to report on tourism development progress. The research applies George C. Edward III’s policy implementation theory, which includes four main indicators: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, the findings reveal that the implementation of the cultural tourism policy at the Citaman Site has been ineffective. This is due to the inadequate outreach by the Tourism and Culture Office, poor facility development, limited oversight and maintenance efforts, and the absence of formal reporting duties assigned to the site's custodian.
Yusti Nengsih, Titi Stiawati Copyright (c) 2025 Yusti Nengsih, Titi Stiawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ http://journal.epistemikpress.id/index.php/Epistemik/article/view/376 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Pengelolaan Administrasi Perpajakan pada Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan oleh Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Serang Tahun 2022-2023 http://journal.epistemikpress.id/index.php/Epistemik/article/view/373
This study focuses on analyzing the administration of local taxes related to urban and rural land and building tax (PBB P2) at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Serang City during the period of 2022–2023. The objective of this research is to examine the implementation of local tax administration for PBB P2 in Serang City. A descriptive qualitative method is employed, utilizing the local tax administration theory proposed by M. Ikhsan and Roy V. Salomo, which outlines five key administrative stages: identifying tax subjects and objects, determining the taxable value, collecting and receiving tax payments, recording tax revenues, and enforcing tax laws or regulations. The findings reveal that the administration of PBB P2 in Serang City remains suboptimal, resulting in revenue targets not being fully achieved. Key challenges include discrepancies in PBB P2 object data, inadequate facilities and infrastructure for mobile tax services, limited human resources for tax assessments and the absence of enforcement officers, insufficient public outreach regarding PBB P2 payments, and a lack of strict enforcement of tax sanctions.
Juliana, Juliannes Cadith Copyright (c) 2025 Juliana, Juliannes Cadith https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ http://journal.epistemikpress.id/index.php/Epistemik/article/view/373 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) pada Puskesmas Bangkonol Desa Setra Jaya, Kabupaten Pandeglang http://journal.epistemikpress.id/index.php/Epistemik/article/view/348
The First Thousand Days of Life Movement Program is a program created by the government of Pandeglang district in an effort to accelerate the reduction of stunting.
