Peran Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Dalam Melaksanakan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya Tahun 2023

Abstract

The Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Southwest Aceh Regency, in carrying out regional development planning in Southwest Aceh Regency, has played an optimal role in facilitating the implementation of this planning. In implementing regional development planning, BAPPEDA plays an active role in facilitating the implementation of Development Planning Deliberations (Musrenbang). This research aims to find out the problem of the not yet optimal number of community/gampong proposals in regional planning documents at the district level, and then to explain the obstacles and efforts made by BAPPEDA in optimizing development proposals in planning documents. This research method uses qualitative information to collect data obtained through interviews and direct observation when conducting research. The results of this research show that BAPPEDA plays an active role in facilitating the implementation of Regional Development Planning Deliberations (Musrenbang) by producing RKPD documents. One of the obstacles faced is that the provision of technical support data for the preparation of regional development planning documents is still not optimal, as well as the lack of optimal human resource capacity in terms of planning in Regional Work Units.
