Abstract

This study examines the Accessibility of Public Services at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Serang City. Its objective is to assess the level of accessibility of public services for people with disabilities. The research adopts Bhat's (2000) Accessibility theory, which encompasses convenience, comfort, safety, and aesthetics. Quantitative methods were used, with quota sampling of 88 respondents. The findings indicate that the accessibility of public services for people with disabilities in the Serang City Population and Civil Registration Service is considered accessible, with an assessment exceeding 60%. The percentage based on respondents' feedback was 64.2%. The study recommends improving coordination between people with disabilities and public service providers, enhancing facilities for people with disabilities, training service officers to assist visitors with disabilities, and fostering understanding of people with disabilities.
