Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja ASN di Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Banten

Abstract

This research is focused on finding the influence of motivation and discipline on ASN performance, the influence of motivation and discipline on ASN performance in the Banten Province Public Housing and Settlement Area Service, totaling 59 people. Data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of a Google form distributed to all employees. Data processing uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The test results show that the significance probability value for the influence of motivation (X1) on ASN performance (Y) is 0.261 > 0.05. The calculated t value is 7.355 > 1.672, which means that there is a significant positive influence on ASN performance. The significance probability value for the influence of discipline (X2) on ASN performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 14,164 > 1.672, which means that partially there is an influence of discipline on ASN performance as well as a significance value for the influence of motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously or combined on performance. ASN (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 160.323 > F Table 2.77 so it can be concluded that motivation and discipline influence ASN performance.
