Efektivitas Pelayanan Perizinan Usaha Melalui Sistem Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) DKI Jakarta

The purposes of this research is to determine the effectiveness of business licensing service through the online single submission risk-based approach at the investment and one-stop integrated service institution DKI Jakarta. To measure effectiveness in this research, researcher used the theory off effectiveness according to DeLone & McLean (2003) which includes 6 indicators, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfication, and benefits. This research method used quantitive method with descriptive approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 respondents. By using the SPSS version 27 tool, the research results show that tcount > ttable (4,130 > 1,660) so it can be concluded that business licensing service through the OSS-RBA system at DPMPTSP DKI Jakarta are declared effective. It can also be seen through the calculation of the actual score obtained from the respondents answers to the research questionnaire, which is 7.137 from the ideal score that can be obtained, which is 10.400, it is known that the percentage of OSS-RBA effectiveness at DPMPTSP DKI Jakarta is 68,6%. Although it has been assessed as effective based on research results, there are still several things that need to be improved by the DKI Jakarta DPMPTSP as the organizer of business licensing services. Researchers suggest that the DKI Jakarta DPMPTSP needs to review regulations related to business licensing and integrate with all related parties, improve the quality of the OSS-RBA server, improve socialization that is easily accessible to the public, and change the appearance of the OSS-RBA website and application to make it more comfortable to use.
